Intentionality, Not Just Imagery

I’ve always been drawn to the energy of a live crowd and the split-second timing of the street. But lately, I’ve found that the most powerful images come from slowing down.

I’m a Bay Area photographer dedicated to the art of the analog portrait. Working with medium format and Polaroid film allows me to step away from the screen and back into the room with my subject. I focus on creating a space where authentic emotions can surface, resulting in a physical photograph you can actually hold. It’s about the patience of the process and the permanence of the print.
