Client Usage: For clients who have completed a paid session, your personal usage rights, digital printing rights, and online sharing rights are governed exclusively by your separate, signed photography contract and do not extend to the general content of this website.

Business Policies & Retainers
By submitting an inquiry or initiating a booking through this site, you acknowledge the following baseline business expectations:
All portrait sessions and event photobooth bookings require a 50% non-refundable retainer to formally lock in a date on my calendar.
Final balances for event packages must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event date to guarantee service and material delivery.
Standard travel guidelines apply to all bookings outside a 20-mile radius of Fremont, California, as detailed in individual client communications.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States.
